In March of 2005 we spent a weekend at J. Christopher Hughes' studio blasting out as many songs as we could. The intention was to get a feel for the room and to get a feel for working with Hughes. The weekend was very successful and we all agreed that we should do the album with him. The studio demo was one of the songs we recorded that weekend. It's a rough mix and we don't intend to use this version on the record but it sounds really nice.
